Newer Windows Help for Vista
Windows Vista gets something more new. The Windows Help which has been remaining the same old one for so many versions of Windows has finally seen some light at the end of its tunnel and a good facelift. Microsoft has released the new Windows Help program (winhlp32.exe) is required to view HLP files on Windows Vista.
