[Review] DotProject -- Opensource Project Management Tool

We have been discussing about a few hosted project management solutions over here. But nothing comes closer to having an installed dedicated application running right from our desktop. And no doubt, Microsoft Project is unbeatable. But for small organizations the license and cost of these tools would be prohibitive.
