Habitual Crash-n-Start of Visual Studio 2008

Ever since I  have installed Visual Studio 2010, my VS 2008 had got into an habit of suiciding and starting after that. I keep receiving the following interesting message even as part of the splash screen:

1. Not sure whether it a Visual Studio team’s initiative in enforcing ‘no-use’ of older versions forthwith?
2. Or is it an easter’s egg of the VS 2008/VS 2010 splash screen itself?

Nevertheless using any of the buttons it resumes and restores on its journey.
