Oracle stuffing crap into Java Setup?

Today my Windows 7 system tray prompted me that it had some updates for the Java that was installed. When I prompted yes, I had to encounter two dumb stuff from the Java setup. I hadn't had such bad experience with Java setup till it was with Sun.

1. Half way during the installation it bumped telling another installation was going and then it aborted. Not sure what caused it to prevent checking another installations in progress beforehand?
2. Java installation now has Yahoo Toolbar for the browsers packed with it. Not sure what is causing Oracle to pack browser toolbars along with a generic language runtime.
