Visual Studio keeps blocking work

Not sure at least 4 out of 10 instances these days Visual Studio 2010 runs into the following messagebox:

  1. Tried a complete reinstall
  2. Wiped and clear VSWebCache
  3. Run As –> Administrator was only used.
  4. Only option left – Reinstall OS?
